H아Րությունյանը Նարек Կարապետյանին հիշեցրել է Քոչարյանի խոսքերը
ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը «Ֆեյսբուքում» գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով կալանքի տակ գտնվող միլիարդատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հայտարարություններին, որոնցում նա նշել էր, որ պետությունը դպրոցներ ու ճանապարհներ կառուցելու փոխարեն պետք է գործարաններ կառուցի։
«Նույն ՇԿՈԼԱՆ է։ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու տարիներին մի օր լրագրողներին ասաց՝ գիրք կարդացողների ժամանակն անցել է։ Հիմա էլ ձևիստներից Նարեկ Կարապետյանը կրկնում է նրա ասածը՝ դպրոց սարքելը կարևոր չէ, գործարան սարքեք։ Քոչարյանն այդ սկզբունքով աղետի առաջ կանգնեցրեց պետությունը՝ կրթության մակարդակը հասցնելով պլինտուզի մակարդակի, որի տակից դժվարությամբ դուրս ենք գալիս, հիմա նոր աղետ են առաջարկում»,– գրել է Հարությունյանը։
