The Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Justice Has Been Dismissed
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to dismiss the Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Justice.
Following Article 16, Part 1, and Article 37, Part 1, Clause 1 of the Law on Civil Service, Edgar Armeni Hovsepyan has been relieved of his duties as Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, effective October 31, 2025.
