Tik Tok Ads Urge Bankruptcy as Solution to Tax and Loan Obligations
Facebook user Tigran Keyan made a post highlighting the advertisements circulating on the TikTok platform. “Recently, advertisements from lawyers and attorneys have flooded TikTok, urging citizens to ‘escape’ tax and loan obligations through bankruptcy. This is becoming a kind of new business that gives people false hope. But the question arises: is the situation already so serious that such advertisements are working? Because many see no other way out.
If a significant number of citizens are considering bankruptcy, it is no longer just a legal or banking issue—it is a signal of an economic crisis. Not only banks must not remain silent here, but first and foremost, the Ministries of Economy and Finance must also take action. It is time for the government to honestly assess the situation and take steps to relieve people from debt pressure and reduce the tax burden while providing genuine support to businesses and citizens.
Otherwise, bankruptcy will become not just a legal tool, but a social phenomenon,” he wrote.
