Relative of missing soldier Arsen Ghukasyan has been detained for a period of one month. This was reported by lawyer Tatevik Sogoyan. It is noteworthy that the judge who issued the detention order is Masis Melkonyan.
On September 29, a scuffle occurred near the Ministry of Defense, following which Arsen Ghukasyan and Apijian Sargsyan, relatives of the missing persons, were arrested based on reports from the Ministry of Defense and the Police.
