Israel's Army Prepares for Large-Scale Military Operations in Gaza

Israel's military is ready to resume large-scale military operations in the Gaza Strip if negotiations fail. This was stated by the Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir.

“There is no ceasefire, but the operational status has changed—political leadership is utilizing resources and achievements gained through military operations and turning them into political gains. If this political move fails, we will return to military actions,” Zamir said.

He added that the army has currently reduced the intensity of operations but has not halted them entirely.
