Recall that on October 2, Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan announced at a press conference that the Civil Contract party was distributing electoral bribes. The mayor specifically stated, 'You talk about electoral bribes, who doesn’t know that you are the ones distributing them, your journalists, all of you have seen that there are stores “behind the line” and in other places where one person was given 60,000 drams. The whole city is discussing your electoral bribery, you brought all the CPs of the Republic here and filled this place. I have evidence that 57 people are registered at one house, these people came to the reception, they told me, Mr. Ghukasyan, 57 people are registered, who are these?'
