European Committee Visits Armenian Detainees in Azerbaijan: Siranush Sahakyan
Currently, we have information that the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture has visited Armenian detainees in Azerbaijan. This was announced by Siranush Sahakyan, the head of the Armenian Center for International and Comparative Law.
It is noteworthy that among the 23 captives held in Baku, 8 are political-military figures. Additionally, it should be mentioned that those held in Baku include individuals captured as a result of both the military actions in 2020 and events in 2023.
