MP from CPP Discusses Confiscation of Noise Devices and Loudspeakers in Vehicles
The fine should be imposed only when those noise devices and loudspeakers are being used. If a citizen is not using them, on what grounds are they being confiscated? This was stated by Kristine Poghosyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, during a session of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense Issues.
'Is it lawful to confiscate if the citizen is not using it and is simply playing music quietly? Why are we confiscating it?' emphasized MP Kristine Poghosyan.
