Panel Discussion Involving Armen Grigoryan and Aliyev's Assistant Held
On May 30, Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, participated in a panel discussion alongside Hikmet Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, in Bratislava, Slovakia, as part of the "GLOBSEC 2023 Bratislava Forum." During the discussion, Grigoryan presented the Armenian side's position regarding the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations.
The Security Council Secretary specifically addressed issues concerning the need for an international mechanism for the safety and rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and border security processes, as well as unblocking regional communication routes. Grigoryan emphasized the necessity of Azerbaijan's constructive stance in the negotiation process, calling for a refrain from maximalist aspirations.
