Russia Has Never Threatened Any State: Peskov
Russia has never threatened any state. On the contrary, it is NATO that has been approaching Russia's borders, stated Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.
This comment came during a press briefing regarding the behavior of Western countries in light of the Russian-Belarusian military exercises 'Zapad-2025,' including Poland's decision to close its border with Belarus.
“I would like to recall our president's words. Russia has never threatened anyone. It does not threaten European countries either. Russia has not moved its military infrastructure towards Europe. It is Europe, being part of NATO, that acts as an instrument of confrontation rather than peace and stability, always moving closer to our borders,” emphasized the Kremlin spokesperson.
