Sweden's Foreign Ministry Summons Russian Ambassador, No Comment from Russia
The Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský has summoned the Russian ambassador to the Czech Republic, Alexander Zmejevsky, in relation to an incident involving a drone in Poland. This was reported by the TASS news portal.
“I have decided to summon the Russian ambassador. The Czech Republic fully supports Poland,” the portal quoted the words of the head of the foreign ministry.
Zmejevsky spoke with Deputy Foreign Minister Jan Marian. According to the portal, the ambassador arrived at the Foreign Ministry building after 4:30 PM (18:30). He left the Czech Foreign Ministry about 15 minutes later.
The Russian embassy has not commented on the ambassador's meeting at the Czech Foreign Ministry.
