India Establishes Heightened Alert Along Nepal Border

According to the publication, the heightened alert comes in the context of ongoing unrest in Nepal, specifically in the Panitanki area of West Bengal, which borders Nepal. Reports indicate that a police outpost has been established at the border, and security measures have been intensified.
The unrest, which has been exacerbated by a ban on several major social media networks in Nepal, has resulted in the number of casualties rising to 22.
