Ankara Expresses Support for the Resolution Process Between Armenia and Azerbaijan
Turkey's Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz has announced that Ankara will continue to support the resolution process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. “We are pleased to further strengthen cooperation with our fraternal Azerbaijan through joint committee meetings. Thanks to the Shushi Declaration, our relationships elevated to an allied level open new horizons in the economy, social policy, and regional cooperation. Following the historic steps taken in Washington on August 8, our hopes for stable peace and stability in the South Caucasus have grown. Our goal is to contribute to the peace, stability, and prosperity of the region by enhancing common development and humanitarian ties,” Yılmaz wrote on social media after his meeting with Azerbaijani Minister Anar Aliyev.
