No Evidence of Azerbaijan Providing Aid to Israel During War, Says Larijani
To date, we have not had any evidence that Azerbaijan provided assistance to Israel during the 12-day war with Iran. This was stated by Ali Larijani, the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council. His remarks have been cited by Iranian media.
Larijani emphasized that statements from Baku indicate that no hostile actions have been taken against Iran. “Some make various declarations, but those who claim this must provide us with accurate evidence and data. We still do not have such data. The Azerbaijani government itself openly declares that such an event did not occur, and we have no evidence to present. It should be noted that Azerbaijan is a Muslim neighboring country and has very close cultural ties with us; it is our friend,” Larijani stated.
