Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey Invited to Yerevan: Ararat Mirzoyan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that the invitations are currently verbal, with an official document format to be applied later.
The presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey have been invited to Yerevan to participate in the 8th summit of the European Political Community scheduled for next spring. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly.
“The invitations are currently verbal; we have not yet sent any documents,” the minister noted, adding that the organizational work for the summit is ongoing and the official invitation process will begin shortly.
It is recalled that the 8th summit of the European Political Community is planned to be held in Spring 2026 in Yerevan, with the participation of leaders from EU member and partner countries.
