Armen Grigoryan Has a Phone Conversation with the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council
On August 16, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, had a phone conversation with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Larijani.
Grigoryan congratulated Larijani on his appointment as the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council and wished him success in this responsible and important position. The Security Council Secretary emphasized that institutional ties have been established between Armenia and Iran and expressed confidence that the implementation of existing agreements will continue, while new directions for cooperation will be outlined in the near future.
Larijani thanked Grigoryan for the good wishes and underscored that the relationship with Armenia has strategic significance for Iran. He also noted that the bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Iran has always yielded positive results, and that he is ready to contribute to multi-sectoral cooperation.
At the end of the phone call, the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council invited Grigoryan to Iran.
