Putin Does Not Rule Out Agreements with the US on Arms Limitation
Russian President Vladimir Putin has not ruled out that agreements may be reached with the United States in future phases of dialogue regarding the limitation of strategic offensive arms. This was reported by the RBC publication.
Putin made this statement during a meeting with senior Russian officials ahead of a summit set to take place in Alaska on August 16. Russia suspended its participation in the treaty on the limitation of strategic offensive arms in 2023.
