Accident on Armavir-Mrgashat Highway: Injuries Reported
On August 13, at 19:21, the crisis management center of the Armavir regional rescue department received information about an accident on the Artik-Armavir highway, near the village of Mrgashat. Assistance from rescuers was required.
A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Regional Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that at the 6th kilometer of the Armavir-Mrgashat highway, vehicles including a 'Nissan', 'VAZ', and 'Volkswagen' had collided.
The rescuers disconnected the power from the vehicles, closed the valves of the gas cylinders, and extricated the driver of the 'VAZ' car from the wreckage, bringing him closer to the ambulance. The driver and a passenger from the 'Nissan' were hospitalized at a medical center.
