Major Accident on Yerevan-Sevan Highway
On July 21 at 12:53 PM, the Crisis Management Center of the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department received information about an accident on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, with reports of fuel leakage.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that a firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department has been dispatched to the scene.
It was established that vehicles of the brands Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi collided at the 44th km of the Yerevan-Sevan highway. Before the arrival of the rescue team, the drivers and a passenger from the Mercedes-Benz were transported to a medical center.
The rescuers have disabled the vehicles and closed the valves of the gas cylinders.
