We have 6800 employees, there are serious suspicions that there was a problem of swaying that many people. Acting Director of HETC
In a recent press conference, David Ghazinyan, the acting director of HETC, mentioned that the content of a letter addressed to the company has not been opened or discussed in the past month. The letter stated that if certain issues are not resolved, the company would move towards nationalization.
“Considering the events of next year (referring to the elections), this process is political. We have 6800 employees, and there are serious suspicions that there was a problem of swaying that many people,” he stated.
Ghazinyan also added that none of the last 11 proceedings were related to power outages. “Once again, the authorities are resorting to manipulations, claiming that we had 500,000 complaints in 2023 and 1 million in 2024. These may be applications to become subscribers. We say we have issues and are ready to resolve them with you,” he told reporters.
