London Southend Airport Closed
On Sunday, a small aircraft crashed immediately after takeoff at London Southend Airport, leading to the closure of the airport, according to officials and witnesses, until further notice. At this time, there are no reports of any casualties.
The aircraft, operated by Dutch airline Zeusch Aviation, was en route from Greece to Croatia before arriving at Southend. It was scheduled to return to the Netherlands on Sunday evening.
Zeusch Aviation has confirmed that its flight SUZ1 was involved in the incident.
