Putin Aims to Resolve Existing Tension with Baku
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is sending a delegation to Baku. The Telegram channel "ВЧК-ОГПУ," closely linked to Russia's special services, reports that Putin intends to address the existing tensions in relations with Azerbaijan.
A delegation is currently being formed in Moscow that will visit Baku next week on an unofficial basis to resolve the conflict between the two countries. A message from Putin himself will be conveyed, which may include a proposal for the exchange of detainees.
