Number of Arrests in the Case of 'Sputnik Azerbaijan' Increases
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has initiated a criminal case against 'Sputnik Azerbaijan,' leading to several arrests. During operational-investigative measures carried out at the agency's Baku office, 7 individuals were arrested.
A criminal case has been opened on charges of fraud, illegal entrepreneurship, and legitimizing property obtained through criminal means. Two persons have been detained, while five others are facing criminal liability.
