Turkey Closely Monitors Events in Iran, Says Fidan
Turkish official institutions have reviewed the situation created following Israel's attack on Iran, and Ankara is closely monitoring the developments. Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated today in his speech regarding the outcomes of a security meeting held in Ankara: "Our country has taken necessary measures at the highest level against security risks present in our region. Diplomacy is the only alternative to war," said Fidan.
According to him, progress in the process initiated by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding nuclear negotiations is the only way to resolve the conflict.
