Secretary of the Security Council on the Situation Surrounding Iran
Yerevan currently has no information that Azerbaijan may take advantage of the situation around Iran and launch an attack on Armenia, stated Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan in response to a question from Azatutyun.
When asked about any movements at the borders, Grigoryan replied, "We do not have such information. I wouldn’t rush to make an assessment of this escalation; let's wait and see what developments occur, and then I believe some time is needed to assess the impact of this attack on regional security."
