Strategic Uncertainty in the West
The statements made by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz regarding the supply of weapons to Ukraine and the hindrance of "Nord Stream 2" demonstrate that the "offensive inadequacy" in the West has been replaced by strategic uncertainty. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, as reported by TASS.
“I believe that the strategic ambiguity declared by the West has yielded its place to offensive inadequacy,” she stated. According to her, there are currently contradictory opinions on this issue in Germany.
