Driver Operated Quad Bike Without License
The driver of the quad bike operated the vehicle without a driver's license. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan, in an interview with Auroranews.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 342, Part 4 of the Criminal Code for a crime committed by an intoxicated person or someone without the right to operate the corresponding vehicle.
One individual has been arrested. The spokesperson also stated that a request for the driver’s detention is currently being prepared.
It is recalled that on May 24, around 11:30 a.m., a quad bike accident occurred on V. Harutyunyan Street in Tsaghkadzor. Four passengers were transported to the “Hrazdan” Medical Center, from where the police received an alert. Among the four individuals taken to the medical center, two girls born in 2009 died.
