Changes in the Transportation Transfer Process

Individuals will have the opportunity to transfer their transportation means in at least 8-10 operations, whether as a donation or through buying and selling in an online environment.

“If the mailing of the registration certificate and state license plate is combined, it will create the opportunity for a person to carry out the entire process from their home, sitting in front of a computer. This implies that practically, queues will decrease, and documentation processing will be shortened. With the reduction of queues, resources will increase, allowing for examinations to be organized in tighter timelines,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan.

Public services are gradually being transferred to the online environment. Once the tool is fully prepared, it will be presented to the public.
