49.5 Million Dram Fine for Failure to Register Hired Workers
The State Revenue Committee has announced that monitoring activities aimed at discovering cases of unregistered hired workers continue. According to the Committee, as a result of the monitoring activities completed in April 2025, cases of unregistered hired workers were recorded for a total of 70 taxpayers, with the total fine amounting to 49.5 million dram.
According to the report, for 20 cases of failing to register three or more hired workers, 20 taxpayers were fined 35 million dram. At the same time, the Committee noted that the lists of taxpayers who violated the regulations regarding unregistered hired workers do not take into account the possible contestation outcomes of the inspection acts through administrative or judicial procedures.
