Joe Biden Diagnosed with Aggressive Type of Cancer: Trump’s Reaction
Former US President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. NBC News reports this referencing Biden's office. “Last week, President Joe Biden underwent testing following the discovery of a nodule in his prostate after he experienced increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade 5) with bone metastases,” stated a release from the president's personal office.
The statement also noted, “Although this is a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective treatment. The President and his family are discussing treatment options with his doctors.”
Additionally, former US President Donald Trump responded to the news, stating that he received the information about Joe Biden's illness with sadness. Trump expressed support for the Biden family on behalf of himself and his wife, hoping for a successful treatment for Joe Biden.
