Joining Union Alliances Does Not Mean Violating Armenia's Independence: Ghukasyan
The newly elected mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, took his oath of office a short while ago at the city hall. Prior to the ceremony, Ghukasyan addressed journalists, stating, “You are attacking me regarding Independence. Who can say anything about Armenia's independence? Joining union alliances does not mean violating Armenia's independence.”
