Peace Treaty May Be Signed on May 9 in Moscow, Russian Expert Suggests
Aliyev and Pashinyan may sign a peace treaty on May 9 in Moscow, where they have been invited to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. This opinion was expressed by interethnic conflict expert Yevgeny Mikhailov in an interview with RIA Novosti, as reported by Sputnik Azerbaijan.
The outlet noted that Mikhailov hopes that the Constitutional Court of Armenia will accept amendments to the Armenian Constitution regarding the 'impossibility of claiming Nagorno-Karabakh.' 'Because this is a point of temptation between Azerbaijan and Armenia,' the expert stated.
