Iran Captures Oil Tanker in Persian Gulf
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) naval forces of Iran have seized an oil tanker in the Persian Gulf, linked to accusations of fuel smuggling. This has been reported by Iranian state media.
It was noted that there were six individuals on board the vessel, all of whom have been arrested. Their nationalities have not been disclosed.
It is worth mentioning that last month, IRGC naval forces had captured two foreign tankers suspected of transporting over three million liters of smuggled diesel fuel.
