Deadline for Submitting Declarations Extended, Tunyan
Deputy Babken Tunyan from the ruling Civil Contract party has announced: “I have initiated a draft law that proposes to extend the deadline for individuals to submit their income declarations. Specifically, instead of May 1, this year, those submitting for the 2024 income can file their declarations until November 1. For next year’s filers (for the 2025 income), the declaration can be submitted from March 2 until November 1. For subsequent years, the deadline will be set from March 2 to July 1.
Given the sensitivity of this issue and questions regarding deadlines, I would like to inform that we will adopt the draft during an extraordinary session and through an expedited procedure by the end of this month. Further details will be provided during the session.”
