Sit Calmly in Your Seats: Alen Simonian
The MP from the "Armenia" faction, Artsvik Minasyan, urged the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, to offer lessons in political correctness not to the opposition but to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
"You have exhausted your limit of correctness, especially in terms of not restraining and not appreciating the offensive statements made by your leader from this podium yesterday. Therefore, I advise you to start with yourselves," he stated.
In response, Alen Simonian said that he stands by all of the Prime Minister's comments made yesterday. "The answer has been given; you will come and we will debate. In all other cases, you all can sit calmly in your seats," Simonian declared.
Artsvik Minasyan noted that these members of the ruling party should sit quietly because their time to answer is coming soon. It is worth mentioning that during yesterday's Q&A session with the government in the National Assembly, Pashinyan lost his temper and made offensive remarks about the three former presidents.
