Azerbaijan Ignores Khandanyan's Proposal
The head of the external and inter-parliamentary relations committee of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis, Samad Seyidov, has disregarded the proposal made by the Member of Parliament from the ruling Civil Contract party, Sargis Khandanyan, to hold a meeting of the committees.
"As of now, there has been no response. I hope there will be a positive reaction," Khandanyan stated in a conversation with reporters.
He suggested that the meeting could take place at any location along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
