Armenia Must Make a Choice, Overchuk Says
Armenia must make a choice between the EAEU and the EU. It will not be possible to sit on two chairs at the same time. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, according to RIA Novosti.
He emphasized that if Yerevan is moving towards Europe, it is necessary to reconsider the entire set of economic relations with Russia.
Yesterday, the National Assembly adopted the draft law on the start of the process of Armenia's accession to the European Union in the second reading and in full. A total of 64 deputies voted in favor, 7 against, and 0 abstained. The “Armenia” faction did not participate in the vote, while “I Have Honor” voted against.
