Russia Agrees to This: Lavrov
Russia agrees that dialogue on strategic stability with the United States must be restored and is ready for negotiations in all areas, which can be based on the principles of the new START treaty. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"Dialogue can only be restored on the basis of the principles that underpin the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty," emphasized the Russian Foreign Minister.
"We agree that dialogue on strategic stability between Russia and the United States must be restored," the head of the foreign affairs agency stressed.
Lavrov noted that dialogue can be restored exclusively based on the principles that form the basis of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.
