What Testimonies Were Given by the Artsakh Political-Military Leaders According to Baku
In Baku, the sham trial of the Artsakh political-military leaders and other Armenian captives continued today. The former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, the deputy commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Davit Manukyan, former commander Levon Mnatsakanyan, and others were interrogated.
Manukyan allegedly stated that the commander of the "Shushi" battalion fighting against the Azerbaijanis was Jirair Sefilyan, and that he was unaware of Sefilyan's arrival from Western Armenia. Manukyan also reportedly claimed that the "Dashnak" battalion, comprised of both Armenian and Artsakh citizens, was engaged in fighting against the Azerbaijanis in Artsakh.
The next "court session" is scheduled for March 14.
