GTC Announces Statement Regarding Distance Learning

The acceptance of applications for distance learning begins on September 5 at 16:00 and ends on September 25 at 18:00. To apply for distance learning at higher educational institutions in the Republic of Armenia, candidates must complete an application form on the GTC website 'dimord.am'.

To fill out the application form, the following is required: (a) to have a personal number from GTC, and (b) to have the payment receipt for 1500 drams transferred to the GTC bank account (900018003401) for participation in each entrance exam. Those who take inter-university exams must transfer the specified fee of 1500 drams to the respective university's bank account.

The personal number from GTC is provided by the university where the candidate wishes to continue studies, or if the candidate participated in the regular entrance exams of universities in 2026, they may use the personal number issued by GTC during that period.

Candidates who benefit from the exemptions stipulated in points 41-43 of the distance learning admission rules are exempt from the tuition fee. Candidates can submit their positive grades from the unified and specific inter-university exams corresponding to that university's specialty or take new exams. In this case, the higher grades will be used in the competition.

A candidate may participate in the competition for up to three specialties at one university for which the same entrance exams are established. In the admission application, the candidate must list their chosen specialties and the maximum of two entrance exams established for that specialty in any order. The specialty mentioned in the first line of the application has priority.

The list of candidates admitted to universities will be confirmed by October 30.
