Azerbaijan's Trust Level Towards Armenia is Zero: Aliyev
All agreements with Yerevan must be formally documented, as the level of trust towards Armenia is zero, stated Aliyev. He reiterated his claims regarding Armenia's Constitution, asserting that it allegedly contains territorial demands against Azerbaijan.
Aliyev also announced that the OSCE Minsk Group should be dissolved: “This is our message to Armenia,” he said.
