Elysée Palace Denies Rumors: Macron Does Not Plan Visit
The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, does not plan to visit Washington for a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. This was stated in a message released by the Elysée Palace.
It was emphasized that there is currently no new visit to Washington planned for Macron.
On March 5, Sophie Primas, spokeswoman for the French government, stated that if necessary, Macron would revisit Washington to meet with President Zelensky and the UK Prime Minister.
Last week, Keir Starmer and Emmanuel Macron visited Washington and discussed important topics with U.S. President Donald Trump, including the situation in Ukraine.
