Winds are expected to be southwesterly at 2-5 m/s, with increased wind speed of 17-20 m/s on February 27 and 28. In mountainous regions, blizzard conditions and low visibility will persist.

The temperature is expected to rise by another 2-3 degrees during the day on February 28.
