Possible Start Dates for Ukraine Negotiations Revealed
Negotiations for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine may begin between April and May of this year, preceded by a likely meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump. This was reported by the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet.
"It is expected that negotiations will start in April-May. Initially, a ceasefire will be announced, followed by the start of peace negotiations," the publication states.
The newspaper also reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may be given the role of mediator in the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine, while Volodymyr Zelensky has no chances to avoid the negotiations.
