Russian Foreign Ministry on Upcoming Lavrov and Mirzoyan Negotiations
The focus of the upcoming negotiations between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, scheduled for January 21, will be the situation in the South Caucasus, aimed at reaching a balanced resolution between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Additionally, the heads of the foreign policy agencies will engage in a thorough exchange of views on Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the EAEU and other integration associations in the Eurasian space, and contemporary global agenda issues.
“We hope that the upcoming meeting will be constructive, contributing to the advancement of practical issues of cooperation and strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus,” the statement said.
