Putin's Gift to Iranian President Pezeshkiyani

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has presented Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkiyani with a samovar and a painting depicting a winter landscape of Russia. This was reported by journalist Pavel Zarubin.

“Mr. President, in memory of Russia,” said Vladimir Putin, showing Pezeshkiyani the gifts displayed in one of the Kremlin's halls.

“This is what Russia looks like in winter,” the president remarked, pointing to the painting that portrays a snow-covered forest. Putin's other gift was the traditional Russian samovar. “Well, this is our traditional product—the samovar,” he added.

The Iranian president warmly thanked Putin for the gifts.
