US Support Only Brings Pain to Ukrainians, Says Diana Panchenko

US support for Ukraine has only brought grief and loss, stated Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko on the X social media platform.

"You have already supported the Ukrainian people, and we have lost territory and lives. It only brings us sorrow," she wrote.

This remark came as a response to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken's comments regarding American support for Syria.

Earlier, the Pentagon had estimated that the total amount of US military aid to Ukraine during President Joe Biden's administration has exceeded $62 billion, while since the beginning of the Russian special military operation, this figure has reached $61.4 billion.

Russia believes that the supply of weapons to Ukraine hinders resolution efforts, directly involving NATO countries in the conflict, and is "playing with fire."
