Head of the State Revenue Committee on Tax ‘Terror’
There is no tax ‘terror’ in Armenia, and the administration is aimed at creating favorable conditions for taxpayers. This was stated by the Head of the State Revenue Committee, Rustam Badasyan, during the preliminary discussions on the draft law of the 2025 state budget at a joint session of parliamentary committees.
“There is no tax ‘terror’ in Armenia. On the contrary, our administration is focused on providing good conditions for taxpayers. We work very collaboratively with all taxpayers in Armenia,” said Badasyan.
The head of the SRC noted that customs procedures have been simplified for thousands of taxpayers. In particular, the preliminary declaration process has been accelerated, significantly reducing the time for customs clearance.
“If previously, entrepreneurs had to allocate several days for this process, now it takes only 15 minutes to a few hours,” concluded Badasyan.
