How does Moscow view the possible return of Nagorno-Karabakh residents to their homes? One might ask what Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan thinks about this and whether he has any plans. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a recent press briefing in response to a relevant question.
“Azerbaijan has such a program and has made it public regarding the proposals for the return of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. Why are you asking a representative of another state how this is viewed? Russia is proceeding from the fact that the trilateral agreements from 2020 to 2022 are without alternatives,” Zakharova noted.
