Road Closed in Armenia
The Rescue Service reports that there is a closed road in Armenia. Due to the construction works of the new (temporary) bridge in Akhtala, the road leading to the settlements of Akhtala, Shamlugh, Karkop, Mets Ayrum, Pokr Ayrum, Chochkan, and Bendik is closed.
According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of Russia’s North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
